PERSONAL SESSION
Coaching: I find great joy in guiding others through life-changing transformations.
My pursuit of perfection and adjusting to others led to exhaustion until I discovered self love, empowerment, surrender and acceptance. I emerged with a renewed purpose, dedicated to serving others in unlocking their true potential.
Hypnosis and Regression Therapy: In hypnosis we tap into the knowledge and power of the subconscious mind and access parts of us that are usually buried and not available to the conscious mind. Regression hypnosis means to go back into the past, to uncover and release the traumas that are causing the issues we are suffering from. This includes experiences in our childhood, more recent events or past lifetimes. By going back we are able to resolve the blocked energies and gain new perspectives, so we can live our life more freely.
Summer is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Spiritual & Life Coach with many years of experience in releasing limiting beliefs and programs, the awakening process, aligning with one’s inner truth and intuition, resolving trauma, activating joy and expanding into our soul's energy.

What exactly happens in a hypnosis session?
In hypnosis we tap into the knowledge and power of the subconscious mind and access parts of us that are usually buried and not available to the conscious mind.
Regression in hypnosis means we are going back to a previous experience, this could be in childhood, a recent event or even a past life, that helps us to understand and clear something from the past, so we can move forward and experience more freedom. It's like a deep meditation that reveals something forgotten. By going back we are able to resolve the blocked energies and traumas that are holding us back, so we can live our life more freely.
Hypnosis is a natural, day-dreamy state of mind. We daily enter this state quite naturally as we pass through the “twilight zone” when going to sleep at night and when awakening again in the morning, as well as when we are daydreaming.
Most people are very aware of everything that’s happening in the session, although some people become so deeply relaxed that they may lose awareness a little. Most people are in a very relaxed state of wakefulness.
When we close our eyes and begin to relax, our brain-waves slow down, and when we enter hypnosis we are in a theta brain-wave state. The theta state during hypnosis allows for significant changes in the brain, like for example separating strong emotions from painful memories. It is the realm of the subconscious.
People respond to hypnosis in different ways. Some describe their experiences as an altered state of consciousness. Others describe hypnosis as a normal state of focused attention, in which they feel very calm and relaxed. Some people don't go back to a previous event while in hypnosis, instead they experience a state of relaxation, comfort and sometimes bliss, where they enter into a healing space. My clients describe this as very beautiful and nurturing.
