In this 2 hour online workshop we discuss our predominant constraints (hindering emotions and beliefs). In a guided meditation and a deeply safe space we feel into a constraint and allow it to come to the surface. By giving it space, and by nurturing this part of ourselves with love and presence, we allow it to soften and transform so we are able to experience more freedom and ease in life.

5 Step State Shift Process for Brain Retraining

The 5 Step State Shift Process is a useful tool to get out of a limiting and old version of ourselves and step back into a space of pure possibility and empowerment. In 5 steps it brings us out of the old and familiar pattern into the new, consciously chosen state. This method not only includes the mind, but also the body, our imagination and our emotions.

I will show you the 5 steps and go through them with some volunteers. We will also do a five step shift process as a group meditation, where you will shift an inner limitation and step into new possibilities.

Hypnosis Session in the Safe Space of a Group

In this group hypnosis session each participant will dive into their own inner space, to discover a forgotten part of themselves or experience a beautiful space of expansion and healing. When going back to a previous experience during hypnosis, we get the opportunity to clear something old, so we can move forward and experience more freedom and joy. 
We are able to resolve the blocked energies and traumas that are holding us back and emerge with new possibilities.
